At The AIM Group our ethos is to Inspire, Develop and Empower. We’re determined to support more people in finding training and employment opportunities to support their development.
We are working with schools across Essex to deliver the ASK Project, providing information, advice and guidance to students regarding the range of post 16 opportunities available, through a range of engaging and informative sessions within school settings. Support goes beyond students, with tailored sessions also being available to parents and teachers, ensuring caregivers are equipped with the knowledge and support needed to best support students.
Since March, 2019, we have helped place over 52,000 learners onto our free, nationally accredited qualifications, allowing learners to upskill themselves at no cost. Our qualification executives will support individuals in finding the best course suitable for them to achieve their goals.
For those looking to get into work, we have partnered with a number of employers in order to run short, pre-employment courses that are designed to support individuals back into work. Most courses are linked to an opportunity with a local employer and are a great way for individuals to take supported steps back into employment.
The AIM Group Foundation a dedicated not-for-profit organisation that works alongside corporate partners, NEET organisations, trusted training providers and schools to ensure that every young person is given an equal opportunity to succeed in a career of their choice. We promote equality, diversity and inclusion as our core values and are passionate about driving social mobility. We do this to ensure everyone, regardless of their background or location, has an opportunity to reach their potential and are armed with the tools to succeed.
